Kaleidoscope Productions - Office and location production coordinator/assistant for corporate events and industrial films for HP, Toyota and others. Assisted the producers and art department, wrangled limos for performers, updated schedules, assisted with payroll and petty cash, set up and stocked location offices, inventoried and stored purchases. Shipped and tracked equipment and supplies to locations.
"Strange Culture" - Production Manager for a feature directed by Lynn Hershman which premiered at Sundance 2007.  Broke down script, prepared shoot schedule, call sheets and contact lists as well as  over saw the crew on shoots.
"Top Chef" - Assistant Art Director for a reality show for Bravo shot in the San Francisco bay area.  Set up and down sets and props, shopped for props ands decoration, scheduled and over saw art department production assistants. 
"Oil on Ice" - Distribution and website maintenance and updates for a documentary about the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge directed by Dale Djerassi and Bo Bodart. Oil on Ice
Lily Films - Distribution and sales for DVD "The Future of Food" a documentary about genetically modified food directed by Deborah Koons Garcia.
Yep Films - Assistant Director for corporate video about debt management. Assisted director with script revision, scheduling, prop and equipment transportation, budgeting and overseeing shoot. As well as a grip and electric for a yoga video for women undergoing breast cancer treatment. Set up and wrapped lights, backdrop and adjusted lights and grip equipment during shoot.
"Mission Movie" - Script supervisor and much more for narrative feature movie. Assisted the director and talent during the script development and rehearsal. Assisted with final budget and scheduling. On set continuity and focus check at monitor, helped set up and wrap equipment. The movie is now on the festival circuit and am assisting with festival applications and finding distribution. Matt for Mayor - Associate producer for a TV ad campaign for Matt Gonzalez directed by Lise Swenson. Assisted the director, took script notes, got talent releases and assisted the camera and grip departments.
Maxwell Productions - Key production assistant for an independent European/American 35mm feature film. Assisted the ADs and producers on set with crew and talent needs, managed walkies and other small gear, drove talent and for supplies, copies and film to lab. Directed by Oleg Harencar, 1st AD - John Bennet, 2nd AD - Mike Kitchens, Line Producer - Frank Simeone.
World Sports HD - Assistant to the producers, cameraman and soundman for HD cable program covering The World Cyber Games in San Francisco.
Kaboom Productions - Production intern, assisted in the pre-production process doing research, organization, communications, creating graphics and a production assistant on location shoots.
"Scam" - Camera PA for 35mm short film directed by Mo Husseini & Megan Carlson shot in San Francisco. Assisted prep and equipment set up, slated scenes and generally assisted the 1st AC Ann Lee, 2nd AC Kendrick Wright and DP Steve Condiotti.
Lee Utterbach Cameras - Intern at camera rental house one day a week. Answer phones, help prepare rental packages, check in rentals, update the computer database and help with camera preps when needed.
Minute Movie Productions - Production assistant for hidden camera television pilot. Picked up equipment, supplies and vehicle, assisted various departments and handled releases.
Chan Add Films - Production assistant as well as continuity photographer for an independent movie. Took photographs of talent and sets, moved equipment and gear, locked down location sets, broke down and cleaned up locations and assisted talent. Directed by Ed LaBorde Jr. Starring; Carl Payne, Dwayne Wiggans and Patricia Depeaze.
Cal Images - Production assistant on a documentary about a group of teens chosen to create a print ad designed to keep other teens from trying cigarettes funded by the Attorney Generals office. Set up and broke down location set, moved equipment and cars, set up video monitors, carried cable for dolly shots.
(N)tropic - Fill in facilities manager & assistant editor; logging and capturing, video compressing, pulling stills from videos, researching stills and videos for client use, as well as intern for various post-production processes using Avid and Discreet programs.
Automatic Productions - Production assistant for a PBS live performance featuring Tony Bennett and kd lang at the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco.
Overcooked Cinema - Created and edited graphics and animations for the Zeitgeist International Film Festival intermission.
Kirshenbaum, Bond & Partners/Utopian Productions - Avid intern for the production partner for a large ad agency. Responsibilities included: Log and digitize video for editing, created graphics in Photoshop and After Affects as well as assisted on location shoots.
Exploratorium - View, log, capture and edit video for their web casting department.
Point Marketing - Compress video for web use, troubleshoot software, videotape library organization and general office assistance.
Raintree Marketing - Provided training, set up digital video edit system, wrote user manual specific to their system and provided phone support.
Infinite Information - Digital video editing and compressing for web use.

For four years I worked at AdExchange, a company that re-marketed television commercials. The business acquired by Raintree Marketing in Atlanta, GA; the San Francisco office was closed May 2000.
Responsibilities included:
-Digital video editing using Final Cut Pro, compiling commercials into reels, working with the AVID editor for client customization, gathering source material, directing voice-overs, producing technical documentation, compressing video, creating stills for web use.
-Dubbing videotapes, logging video, maintaining library of over 1200 videos, evaluating new footage, writing new copy, categorizing and coding television commercials for possible resale.
-General office management, including payroll, cash flow, sales support, shipping and vendor contacts.
